Will oversee supervision of the treatment planning process focusing on appropriate programs and services based on diagnosis, risk mangement, and clinical issues.
Assist in training of therapists and QBHP's (both new employees and on an ongoing basis).
Maximize therapeutic team effectiveness, utiliziing various providers in concert for individual, group, and family therapies.
Will coordinate activities with Directors, Program Managers, Medical Director, and other administrative and clinical personnel within the respective areas of the Company in an effort to provide an efficient level of service delivery.
Actively manages the recruitment of qualified therapists in order to provide quality services based on sound business practices.
Creates and monitors the on-call crisis schedule, including receiving crisis calls during the day throughout the work week.
Participates in multidisciplinary staffing as needed.
Assists in the implementation of policy and procedures.
Assists other managers with administrative tasks relative to their job function.
Actively participates in the CQI process by : helping the organization meet its quality improvement evaluation and reporting requirements, contributing to developing outcomes and indicators and setting targets, participating in data collection, interpreting data, applying data to improve practices and outcomes, and using program and IWS outcomes to improve service delivery.
Travel to various Perspectives sites will be required. Will perform other duties as assigned.
